   They sell regularly for $1.50US pretty much regardless of grade. If you have a proof coin, it may be worth a bit more. I hope that helps.

   Sorry but the 1978 Ike dollar is made of copper nickel. It is not silver. The last 40% silver Ike dollars were made in 1976 and hey came in special holders. Your coin if in circulated condition is worth only a dollar. If in mint state it is worth a few dollars.
